The BSN program aims to prepare a nurse, who, upon completion of the program, demonstrates professional competencies and shall continue to assume responsibility for professional development and utilizes research findings in the practice of the profession. It provides an intensive nursing practicum that will refine clinical skills from first year level to ensure basic clinical competencies required of a beginning nurse practitioner.

The BSN program desires to develop culturally-responsive nursing professionals advocating advanced nursing knowledge, ethical principles and clinical excellence consistent with Christian character traits and quality nursing education and practice. It aims to produce a fully functioning nurse who is able to perform the competencies under each of the key areas of responsibility: safe and quality nursing care, management of resources and environment, health education, legal responsibility, personal and professional development, quality improvement, research, record management, communication, and collaboration and teamwork.
Fulfilling the mission to educate and heal, and responding to the global and local demand for quality nurses, Easter College established the BSN program in the year 2003. It was granted government recognition in 2007 by the Commission on Higher Education. In 2014, the program received an Accredited status from the Federation of Accrediting Agencies of the Philippines thru the Association of Christian Schools, Colleges, and Universities Accrediting Agency, Incorporated (ACSCU-AAI).
Throughout its establishment, the program produced graduates who sustained excellent performance in the Nurse Licensure Examinations. In 2007, the Philippine Nurses Association (PNA) Regional Council recognized Easter College for ranking number two (2) in Region 1 and CAR and number 10 nationwide in the June 2007 Nurse Licensure Examination in the 100 and more examinees category. Significantly, in the June 2012 NLE, BSN graduate Mr. Rumell Niño S. Gaoaen ranked 8th overall (nationwide). Since its first batch of graduates in 2007 up to the present, Easter College's performance in the Nurse Licensure Examinations remained within the TOP 3 among schools of nursing in the Cordilleras.
