ONLINE REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

SPED / Elementary / Junior High / Senior High

New Students / Returning Students who did not enroll for the school-year 2020-2021
  1. Fill out the online registration form.
  2. Pay the Reservation Fee of ₱1,000 or the Downpayment of ₱3,000. Bank details will be provided upon registration. You may also pay directly to the school cashier (preferred).
  3. If paying online, e-mail a copy of your Proof of Payment to the Student Accounts Officer: studentaccounts@eastercollege.ph
  4. The Finance Office will send you an acknowledgement.
  5. Once your payment is verified, you will receive a confirmation of reservation/registration via email.
Previously enrolled students
  1. Pay the Downpayment of ₱3,000. Bank details will be provided upon registration. You may also pay directly to the school cashier (preferred).
  2. If paying online, e-mail a copy of your Proof of Payment to the Student Accounts Officer: studentaccounts@eastercollege.ph
  3. The Finance Office will send you an acknowledgement.
  4. Once your payment is verified, you will receive a confirmation of reservation/registration via email.

COLLEGE Departments

New Students / Returning Students who did not enroll from 2018-2019 onwards

  3. If paying online, e-mail a copy of your Proof of Payment to the Student Accounts Officer: studentaccounts@eastercollege.ph
  4. The Finance Office will send you an acknowledgement.
  5. Once your payment is verified, you will receive a confirmation of reservation/registration via email.
  6. Once available, your class schedule will be viewable through the Student Portal.
Previously enrolled students (enrolled from SY 2018-209 onwards)
  1. Pay the Downpayment of ₱3,000. Bank details will be provided upon registration. You may also pay directly to the school cashier (preferred).
  2. If paying online, e-mail a copy of your Proof of Payment to the Student Accounts Officer: studentaccounts@eastercollege.ph
  3. The Finance Office will send you an acknowledgement.
  4. Once your payment is verified, you will receive a confirmation of reservation/registration via email.
  5. Once available, your class schedule will be viewable through the Student Portal.

The RESERVATION FEE is NON-REFUNDABLE, but will be included as part of your downpayment if you decide to officially enroll.
